About Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum
Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum is fun for children and adults alike. It houses a treasure trove of machines and artifacts related to science and technology. Its interactive exhibits make this a great place for children to develop a love for science and to demystify facts.
There are many halls in the museums each dedicated to areas such as Space technology, Electronics, Biotechnology and Children’s Science gallery. Museum has a replica of the Wright Brothers’ Flyer called “Kitty Hawk”, coal powered locomotives from the bygone era, fighter jet replicas etc.
Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum is located on Kasturba Road near Cubbon Park and not far from Vidhan Soudha and High Court.
Exhibition Hours: 10 am to 6 pm.
Open on all days of the year. (Except Ganesha Chathurthi and Deepavali)
Office working hours: 10 am to 5.30 pm.
