About Hawah Beach
Hawah Beach is one of the three beaches that form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach. The beach has a rocky promenade and is famous because of its being the first topless beach in India. It was thus thronged by foreiners. However, topless bathing is no longer permitted except in some private resorts.It is a treat to watch the fishermen take their boats out into sea and go about their usual but not so usual business.
