Krabi located on Southern Thailand coast is comparatively a more peaceful and quainter destination in Thailand. Its lush forests, pristine beaches, and limestone cliffs provide a memorable experience. Its said that after Phra Palad was sent to Krabi more and more people started to follow in his footsteps, thus moving to Krabi and gradually the town developed into it its modern form.

Tham Phra Nang, Railay, Koh Hong, Koh Poda are some beaches that can be found in and around Krabi. A range of activities like rock climbing, scuba diving, sea kayaking, water rafting, snorkelling, and speed boating can be enjoyed at Krabi.

Krabi island has many more attractions which lure in tourists from all over the world. You can explore Krabi town to get a feel of the local culture, visit the Thung Teao National Park and keep an eye for the Pita Gurney Bird or pay a visit at the Wat Tham Sua cave temple.
