The maximum altitude is 9900 ft. and the duration of the trip is 1 day.

Going through the forests and emerging through the meadows is like flying in the sky. Graded as an easy trip that begins from Hidimba Temple also provides with a variety of flowers while going through the trek. During the trek, peaks like Indrasan, Deo Tibba and Bara Shigri glacier are also spotted. While heading back to Home you can take part in different activities and see the beauty of Manali. It is a pleasant and adventurous trek.

 

Itinerary

  • Start from Manali
  • Begin your day early to make the most of the daylight hours. Arrange transportation to the starting point of the trek, which is near the Hidimba Temple in Manali.
  • Start the trek from Hidimba Temple. The initial part might involve walking through the town and ascending gradually towards Lamadugh. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.
  • Trek to Lamadugh Meadows
  • Continue your ascent through the forested trails and open meadows. Take breaks as needed, enjoy the surroundings, and capture the picturesque landscapes. Aim to reach Lamadugh Meadows around mid-morning.
  • Explore Lamadugh and Lunch
  • Spend some quality time exploring Lamadugh Meadows. Find a comfortable spot for lunch, enjoy the views, and take photographs. Ensure you carry packed lunch or snacks.
  • Relax and Enjoy the Views
