Day 1: Arrive in Chandigarh

  • Upon arriving in Chandigarh, take the opportunity to explore the city's architectural marvels and lush green spaces.   • Begin your day by visiting the majestic Hatu Peak, known for its lush orchards and breathtaking natural vistas. Day 3: Narkanda to Chitkul: Exploring Picturesque Villages 6Hrs/175 Kms

  • As the morning light bathes the surroundings in beauty, savor a delicious breakfast amidst the serene vistas. Today's journey takes you to the charming villages of Batseri and Chitkul, renowned for their stunning landscapes and tranquil ambiance.
  • Batseri, one of the 109 villages in the Sangla block, offers mesmerizing views of the majestic Himalayas, providing a rejuvenating retreat for visitors. Nestled within the village is a temple dedicated to Lord Buddha, drawing tourists seeking spiritual solace amidst nature's bounty. Spend leisurely moments exploring the hidden gems of Batseri, capturing its essence through the lens of your camera.

Day 4:  Chitkul to Kalpa: A Journey through Spectacular Landscapes 2:30hrs/60Kms

  • Embark on your drive after a hearty breakfast, traversing the renowned Hindustan-Tibetan Highway or NH 22. This stretch is famed for its breathtaking vistas and is famously dubbed as one of the "most treacherous roads of the world" by Lonely Planet.
  • Make a brief stop for refueling at Puh before continuing towards Nako, the final hamlet of Kinnaur, before entering the majestic Spiti Valley. Indulge in a delicious lunch at Nako before proceeding through Sumdo, the gateway to Spiti Valley, to reach Tabo, our first destination in this mystical realm.
  • En route, make a fascinating visit to Ghuen village, where a remarkable discovery awaits: the mummified remains of a Tibetan Buddhist monk believed to be around 500 years old, found in the northern Himalayan state of Himachal Pradesh.
  • Tabo, the second-largest village in Spiti Valley, beckons with its renowned Tabo Monastery, boasting a history spanning over a millennium. Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, immersing yourself in the profound teachings of Buddhism. Unlike its counterparts, Tabo Monastery is nestled at the base of the valley, adding to its unique charm.
  • Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Tabo, surrounded by the serene beauty and spiritual ambiance of Spiti Valley.

Day 05: Drive from Kalpa to Kaza: 5:30 hrs/205 Km

  • Indulge in a delightful breakfast before embarking on a scenic drive from Kalpa to Kaza. Over the course of approximately 5 and a half hours, cover a distance of 205 kilometers through picturesque landscapes.
  • En route, make a memorable stop at Dhankar, a quaint village nestled atop a hidden bowl overlooking the convergence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers. If time allows, embark on a one-hour climb to behold the breathtaking turquoise waters of Dhankar Tso, or Dhankar Lake, offering panoramic views of the valley and the towering Mane Rang peaks.
  • Continue your journey towards the enchanting Pin Valley. Begin by exploring the revered Kungri Monastery before proceeding to Mudh, the charming last motorable village in the Pin Valley.
  • As evening approaches, set off towards Kaza, a mere 1-2 hour drive away. Upon reaching Kaza, check in at your chosen hotel or homestay. Spend the remainder of the day leisurely exploring the Kaza monastery and the bustling local market.
  • Don't miss the opportunity to visit the iconic Himalayan cafe situated at the heart of the market, along with the renowned Deyzore cafe.
  • Kaza, the capital of Spiti, serves as a convenient base for excursions to the majestic Ki Gompa and the captivating high-altitude villages like Kibber, Langza, and Komic.
  • Unwind and relish a comfortable stay at your accommodation, accompanied by a delectable dinner, marking the end of a memorable day on the road.

Day 06: Drive from Kaza : Hikkim-Komik-Langza : Kaza

  • On this day, after breakfast, you drive to one of the highest-inhabited regions of the world, Komik. 
  • This little hamlet brings you thousands of miles away from your familiar settings to a place of soft brown pastures and snow-white mountain peaks.
  • Later, drive to Hikkim, where you visit the world’s highest post office.
  • Drive to Langza, a village situated at an altitude of 4,400 meters and belonging to the Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism.
  • Once you are here, you can walk into the village and visit the ancient Lang (temple), which is estimated to be around 1000 years old.
  • After that, you visit the world-famous Ki Monastery. The car will first stop at the base of the monastery hill for the ultimate photo opportunity of this remarkable structure.
  • Then you will move farther up the valley to the picturesque village of Kibber.  The expanses of beautiful landscapes and immeasurable beauty of the snow-tipped mountains make the place a haven for nature-lovers and photographers alike. 
  • Drive back to Kaza in the evening and spend the night in a comfortable and warm Kaza hotel.

Day 07: Kaza to Chandra Tal: 3 hours/100 Km

  • Embark on your journey along the Kaza-Manali road, making a stop at the breathtaking Chandratal Lake. Nestled at a lofty altitude of 14,100 feet, this enchanting body of water earns its name, translating to "Moon Lake," from its serene beauty that mirrors the celestial glow.
  • Backdropped by the majestic Chandra Bhaga mountain range, the lake's allure shifts with the hues painted across the sky.
  • After capturing the kaleidoscope of colors at Chandratal Lake, make your way to the camping site. Here, a sumptuous supper awaits beneath the vast expanse of a million stars and the ethereal Milky Way.
  • Your Chandratal Lake campsite comes fully equipped with essential camping gear: sturdy tents, high-altitude sleeping bags and blankets, and plush mattresses to ensure a comfortable rest amidst the rugged terrain.

 Day 08: Chandra tal to Manali: 3 hour/111 Km

  • After breakfast, start the drive from Chandrataal lake to Manali. Take a quick stop at Batal for a cup of tea.
  • From there, you continue driving on the Kaza-Manali highway and stop at Chatru for lunch.
  • Drive through the famous Rohtang Pass and return to Manali. 
  • The 13,050-foot-high Rohtang Pass in Himachal Pradesh is a major tourist attraction and at a distance of 51 km from Manali, Rohtang Pass is on the highway to Keylong/Leh.
  • Nature lovers can enjoy beautiful views of glaciers, peaks and Chandra river that flows down in the Lahaul valley.
  • Enjoy your overnight stay at a hotel with dinner. 

Day 09: Manali to Chandigarh Drop

  • On next day, after breakfast, check out of hotel and start your drive toward Chandigarh
  • It is located at a distance of around 270 km, and it will take around 6 hours to reach there.
  • On the way, you can also enjoy adventure activities in Kullu, like paragliding and river rafting in the Beas River, at an extra cost
  • In the evening, after reaching Chandigarh, we will drop you off at the bus station, railway station, or airport & board your train/flight back to your onward destination.
