Vadodara, which was also known as Baroda, is situated on the banks of the Vishwamitri River. It is the third-largest city in Gujarat and is considered the cultural capital of Gujarat. With its rich and varied cultural history, it is truly a city worth exploring for someone who's keen on history. Vadodara is known to have the most vibrant Navratri celebrations, where the whole city comes alive to sway to the beat of drums to perform the traditional Garba folk dance. The nine-day festival 'Navaratri' is celebrated with intense festive spirit and gives one a clear-cut reason why Vadodara is referred to as the 'Cultural Capital'.

The tour starts with your pick-up from the hotel/residence in Vadodara at a time selected while booking.
You may choose to visit the following suggested places or add a few of your own:
Surya Narayan Temple is one of the legendary temples made of yellow stones.
Sri Aurobindo Ashram: This was the place where Sri Aurobindo stayed from 1894 to 1906. Relics of Aurobindo and books that were written by and about him can be seen in this place.
Laxmi Vilas Palace, which is in Indo-Saracenic style, has the reputation of being the largest private dwelling built till now. Please note that the palace is closed on Mondays. Please plan your trip accordingly.
The EME temple, which means Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) Corps, is named in honour of the people who built it. The temple has a different look and is also known as Dakshinamurthy Temple.
Baroda Museum and Picture Gallery, which is also built in Indo-Saracenic style, houses the 109 miniature paintings of the Mughals.
Sayaji Gardens, which is also known as Kamati Baug, was dedicated to the people of Baroda. This is one of the largest public gardens in western India.
Sagar Lake is in the middle of the city and is a perfect place to witness the sunset.
After the completion of your tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel/residence within 8 hours of your starting time.

The guests may choose to skip or add any new attraction in the destination of the tour.
The booking price is applicable if the pick-up and drop-off is the same location.
Pick up and drop off location can be different but an extra charge will apply. To be paid to the driver directly.
Sedans (4-seater) models provided are Suzuki Dzire, Toyota Etios or similar.
Night charge of Rs. 350 is applicable if the cab service is used between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
The tour has a limit of 8 hours and 80 kilometers.
After 8 hour and 80 kilometers, additional per kilometer charge will be applicable (to be paid directly to the driver).
For Sedan (4-seater) - Rs. 20 per Km and Rs. 250 per hour (additional kilometer & hourly charge).
For SUV (6 seater) - Rs 25 per Km and Rs 300 per hour (additional kilometer & hourly charge).
The driver will know the local language, English speaking driver can be requested by you during the booking in "Special Request" section, the team will try their best to fulfill the request but the same cannot be promised for sure.
