Njavarakizhi (Pack of Rice) Massage

Njavarakizhi is an old technique of massage which makes use of special medicated rice and this technique is followed in Kerala. In this massage, the body is preconditioned with the oil. Njavara rice is cooked with milk and some herbs. After t gets cooked, this is collectively placed in linen cloth. The whole body is massaged with this pouch. After that the rice is applied all over the body while the rice is still warm. After some time, it is wiped off and this technique helps in reducing the stress, increasing the strength of nerves, nourishes the skin beauty.

• This experience includes 60-minute body massage with herbal oil and special medicated rice (njavara) by an expert masseur.
• This massage rejuvenates body by strengthening the nervous system. It also enhances muscle strength. 
• After an hour-long massage, feel completely relaxed and detoxified.
• Massage is followed by a hot bath before the experience ends.
